Up Close and Personal with 1998 Award Winners
Dr. Dev graduated summa cum laude from Boston University College of Liberal Arts. He was then awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree summa cum laude from Boston University School of Medicine as part of their six year combined degree program. He completed a residency in Ophthalmology at Duke University Eye Center and a fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery at the Eye Institute of the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he was awarded the Heed and the American Ophthalmological Society/Knapp Fellowships. Dr. Dev joined VitreoRetinal Surgery, PA, in Minneapolis, MN, in 1999 and continues in practice there. His research and teaching interests focus on retinal surgical outcomes as well as further study of retinal vascular diseases.
Dr. Dev is married with 3 children. In his personal time, he enjoys golf, biking, travel, history, and spending time with friends and family.
